Acting on behalf of the land owner, Lone Star has secured the sale of a 14 dwelling scheme in Martley, Worcestershire to Kendrick Homes.

The owner had been let down by a well known developer who having got planning permission for 14 dwellings decided not to complete the acquisition. Therefore with good knowledge of the land market, Lone Star acted on behalf of the owner and found a purchaser who was willing to pay considerably more than the previously agreed price.
