A Promotion Agreement has been exchanged for an allocated site in the village of Pinvin, Worcestershire.

Several meetings have been held with the Parish Council and the public consultation process will commence immediately. Whilst the site is allocated for 14 dwellings, it is approximately 1ha in size and capable of delivering towards 25 dwellings.

A planning application is intended to be submitted in Summer 2016.
