Project Overview

Plans are at a conceptual stage to provide development platforms and a marina in this spectacular former-quarry setting. We are currently working with key stakeholders to pin down key principles that will determine the output from this development and we are looking forwards to consulting locally to make this long-held dream become a reality.

The Proposal

A Joint Venture Arrangement with Marina Developments Limited of this spectacular former quarry site adjacent to the beautiful coastal village of Mousehole in Cornwall. The site has been thought of for many years as a major strategic redevelopment opportunity for this location and despite having some obstacles to overcome could provide a unique mixed use development incorporating housing, hotel and marina.
