The site was marketed by Savills to a select number of parties who had the ability to react within very tight timescales which were driven by the possible changes in the forthcoming budget. Lone Star’s fleet of foot approach ensured that this ‘too good to be missed’ site was snapped up overnight. Contracts were issued 9.30 on the 1st Feb and by 15.55 the following day an unconditional exchange of contracts had taken place.
