Following Lone Star’s successful promotion of the site through the Dacorum Local Plan process, our Extra Care Development partner,  Elysian Residences have held an online public exhibition for its proposed Extra Care scheme. Clearly with Covid-19 limiting the ability to hold public consultations in the Town Hall, ensuring that the community had ample opportunity to comment albeit online was critical to the pre-application process. The feedback is currently being reviewed and an application is due to be submitted in July 2020.
