The proposed development would deliver approximately 80 homes of varying type, size and tenure including 35% affordable homes.
Open space, recreational space, on site drainage and associated landscaping will also be provided together with retention of existing landscape features.
A new access will be provided off the B4086.
The proposals have been informed by the site and locational constraints which have been carefully considered as part of the masterplan. Initial work undertaken to date has informed the submitted Constraints Plan which in turn has informed the Illustrative Masterplan also submitted.
The proposed development would deliver new homes in Kineton, which is identified as a main rural centre for providing new housing, along with supporting infrastructure and facilities, helping to meet housing need in a sustainable location.
