Lone Star Land strives to excel in the field of planning and development. Whether landowner, consultant, planning officer or immediate neighbour, Lone Star Land believes that everyone should be listened to and treated fairly and respectfully. This is our minimum pledge to you.

For more than twenty years in the Property Industry, the company founder, Andrew Wilkins, has amassed a wealth of expertise and experience working for a select number of companies and collaborated with numerous landowners and consultants. Andrew founded Lone Star Land in 2010 and in the last three years alone the company has achieved planning permission on over 1000 dwellings, as well as consent for carehome, employment, health care and retail developments.

Fellow Director, Reuben Bellamy works alongside Andrew and brings a significant amount of planning expertise and talent to the table. Reuben has 28 year experience in the field of town planning. His background includes both the Public and Private Sectors. Before joining Lone Star he was Planning Director at CALA Homes where he successfully guided numerous sites, both large and small, through the planning process. These have included; 140 dwellings at Moreton in Marsh, 1300 dwelling urban extension at Rugby Gateway, 23 dwellings at Blockley and, most recently, he masterminded the inclusion of Long Marston Airfield as a new 3500 dwelling Garden Village in the Stratford-upon-Avon Core Strategy.

Lone Star Land prides itself in building a strong personal relationship with clients based on open and honest first class communication.  This assists with providing a smooth transition through the complexities of the planning and development process. The objective is to reach an agreeable and successful outcome expeditiously.

In all of our projects, the businesses modus operandi has been consistent: to offer a "best in class” service with the overriding aim being to ensure that landowners, consultants and local authorities want to work with Lone Star Land again. To achieve that, the team realises that people work with people, and not companies. Every site is a top priority; by tailoring the service to each new situation, combining this with technical capability, and offering an endless source of energy and enthusiasm, Lone Star Land stands out from the rest of the competitors.  Our approach to effective consultation with key stakeholders is beyond compare. This is evidenced by the number of planning permissions that are gained locally, through extensive discussions with Parish Councils and Local Authorities. This approach frequently means that the uncertainty and cost of the Appeal route is not necessary.  

The operational team is supported by Chairman, James Retallack who in addition to making sure that Lone Star have appropriate governance and procedures in place to achieve it's strategic objectives also brings experience of the commercial and industrial property sectors to the board room table.
