Terms have been agreed for a Promotion Agreement to secure planning on land on the edge of a sought after, sustainable settlement in Staffordshire.

It is the intention to promote this land inconjunction with Neighbourhood Development Plan process and to secure the buy-in of the community for a community-led proposal.
