The neighbouring Bloor Homes scheme was consented in 2014 and is now completed. 

This development has exceptional links back into the village and its amenities including primary school and the soon to be completed Oakley Secondary School. 

As of June 2024 Warwick cannot demonstrate a 5YLS and LSL are looking forward to working with the landowner and their advisors to bring forward this site for residential development.
