Lone Star have advised G W Bolsover on the purchase of land in Eckington, Worcestershire. The site has been identified for potential future housing for the village and it is hoped that long-term Eckington resident, G W Bolsover can utilise this land with other land holdings to improve the future for Eckington residents through the Neighbourhood Development Plan process.

A Neighbourhood Plan is being prepared and Lone Star will be working with key stakeholders with the aim of arriving at a benefical outcome for the community.
