Salford Priors Approved

Lone Star are pleased to announce that Stratford upon Avon’s Planning Committee unanimously approved the Outline Application for 68 dwellings at the recent West Planning Committee meeting.

This proposal has been the subject of hard work and a significant level of local key stakeholder consultation that resulted in the proposal being the cornerstone of the Salford Seven Neighbourhood Plan which was recently approved at referendum.

The scheme provides for a delightful crescent of housing that will overlook a 5ha village green, This will create linkage between the two halves of the village, which together with other benefits including a school drop off point, traffic calming along School Road and improvements to the footpath network mean that this scheme will really provide some positive tangible benefits to the local community.
