We are pleased to announce the resolution to grant approval has been obtained at Tewkesbury Borough council for our scheme in Twigworth comprising 32 dwellings. Terms have been agreed with a regional SME developer.

The site extends to an area of 1.17 hectares is predominantly flat sloping approximately 1m in an east to west direction. The proposed housing will include a variety and range of dwelling types that includes 1 bed maisonettes and 2, 3 and 4 bed houses. The units will be arranged in a mix of terrace, semi-detached and detached dwellings. The proposed housing will also include a range of tenures with the provision of 35% Affordable Housing in accordance with policy. The development proposals will seek to create a high quality design that will both enhance and improve the mix of housing types within both the immediate locality and the wider area while ensuring the provision of adequate levels of both private and public open space within the development site.
