Further to submission of a Reserved Matters application for 71 dwellings in Somerset, the Tanton & Deane Planning Committee have approved this application to facilitate a start on site.

The site adjoins 52 houses which are in the process of being developed and this phase will provide a natural extension to this development.

A wide range of dwellings will be provided from 1-5 bedrooms in size and will benefit from views over open countryside.

In addition to the housing, allotments and car parking areas are to be provided for some of the existing housing.
