Following a period of consultation with the Parish Council, a public consultation event has taken place for the public for proposals on land adjacent to Main Road, Pinvin.

Approximatelty 40 people attended the event and gave constructive feedback to the proposals exhibited which indicated a scheme for 25 dwellings including 40% affordable housing and the provision of bungalows.

The event was well attended by the local community.
