A Promotion Agreement has been entered into to secure the promotion of land through the planning system, in the settlement of Wythall which lies on the outskirts of the Bromsgrove District.

Owing to the Core Streategy timetable this will be a medium-term promotion which may end up contributing towards Birmingham’s unmet housing needs.
