Promotion agreement entered into in Fernhill Heath

Lone Star have entered into a Land Promotion Agreement for land in the sought after village of Fernhill Heath.

The site is identified in the made Neighbourhood Plan and will deliver approximately 39 dwellings on 1.63ha together with 0.85ha of open space.

We look forwards to working with the local stakeholders and bringing this site forwards through the planning process.
