The site is approximately 1.17 hectares in area and comprises a single open agricultural field. While the site itself has no planning history, the site forms part of a strategic allocation for the Urban Extension of Gloucester in the Tewksbury Local Plan. The site should accommodate around 30 dwellings with associated infrastructure. Consultation of the site is taking place and feedback will be gathered by the end of July 2019 from which an application will shortly follow.

Outcome

We are pleased to announce the resolution to grant approval has been obtained at Tewkesbury Borough council for our scheme in Twigworth comprising 32 dwellings. Terms have been agreed with a regional SME developer.
