Planning Permission at Hawkesbury

Lone Star are excited to announce that we have received a Resolution to Grant planning for our recently submitted application in the lovely South Cotswold Village of Hawkesbury Upton.

The Outline Application was for 21 dwellings and was validated by the Local Authority on the 3rd April 2018. The application was Resolved to Approve at Committee just one month later on the 3rd May 2018 – which is an exceptional result by any standards.

The site will be shortly marketed and developer selected.
