Wychavon Planning Committee have resolved to grant planning for 25 dwellings at Eckington.

The site lies on the edge of the desirable village of Eckington. With the site being acquired in October ’15, we carried out some pre-application consultation with the Parish Council and the community in November ’15, an Outline planning application was submitted in December 2015.

Due to the thoroughness of the application the Planning Committee resolved to Grant Outline Planning Permission for 25 dwellings, subject to the signing of the Section 106 on the 4th February 2016.

This determination process took just 9 weeks from validation of the planning application.
