At the December 16th 2015 East Planning Committee meeting, the Stratford on Avon Planning Committee unanimously Resolved to Grant Planning for 94 dwellings plus a village hall at Temple Herdewyke, Warwickshire.

This satisfactory conclusion is due to 18 months of hard work with the community and the Parish Council. Initially residents held reservations about the proposed new housing, however over time and due to the continued efforts with all of the local key stakeholders, the community decided that rather than have 59 dwellings with no community benefits, they would rather see 94 dwellings which secured the delivery of a new village hall for the community.
