Lone Star Land receives resolution to grant planning approval at North Dorset Planning committee meeting for the erection of up to 45 units on Shilingstone Poultry Farm. We were confident of success due to the resounding support from locals as being the best site for re-development in the village.

Lone Star will now turn our attention to the disposal phase of the process with many parties already having expressed an interest. In the meantime, the landowner is delighted with how swiftly and smoothly the planning process has been handled together with a very high level of communication and involvement provided to the landowner.
