Following the Planning Committee’s Resolution to Grant Planning for 59 dwellings in October 2015, a further planning application has been submitted for 94 dwellings with the inclusion of a village hall.

Lone Star had committed to extensive community consultation on the project and only recently the community had decided that they would like to see a village hall as part of the proposals.

In agreement with the community and the Parish Council, the revised application for 94 dwellings and a village hall has been submitted and will have local political support for the proposals. It is hoped that this will go to Committee in December 2015, 8 weeks after submission.
