Lone Star are pleased to announce the submission of two applications to Wychavon District Council in Pinvin.

The site has been secured by way of Promotion Agreement and much work has been carried out with the community to consider potential benefits that can be delivered through the new housing.

The residential application comprises 40 dwellings which consists of a wide range of housing including affordable. In addition to this, Lone Star Land have worked with the Parish Council and other local stakeholders and submitted an application for a new Pre-School, Village Hall and sports changing rooms. It is anticipated that the residential development will deliver a significant financial sum to assist with the delivery of the new local facilities.
