Having successfully promoted the land through the local planning system, gaining unanimous approval from Wychavon’s Planning Committee the site was marketed by Fisher German in the early Summer 2017.

Thirteen bids were received for the attractive development opportunity and Cameron Homes were the chosen partner who we simultaneously exchanged and completed the transaction with.
