Penkridge Consultation Process

Lone Star were pleased to invite the community of Penkridge to a consultation evening at the Haling Dene Centre on the afternoon and evening of the 24th January 2018.

The event was very well attended with over 150 people dropping in to the exhibition to look at the outline proposals which are proposed on the 10 acres of land to the north of Cherrybrook Drive that was removed from the Green Belt in 1996. The site has been identified as a strategic reserve housing site and with the current housing supply crisis it is suitable for bringing forwards for development purposes in the near future.

Lone Star and their professional consultant team were on hand to discuss the outline proposals and to answer any questions that the 150+ visitors that attended the event had.

Following this event an Outline Application will be prepared and submitted in early 2018.
