Madeley Agreement Exchanged
Contracts exchanged at Madeley
We are pleased to have exchanged a Land Promotion Agreement in Madeley, near Crewe.
The site has been identified for the development of around 150 dwellings in the Newcastle-under-Lyme First Draft Local Plan 2023.
