Lone Star are pleased to confirm that we have exchanged a Land Promotion Agreement on 7 acres in Burton-on-the-Wolds, Leicestershire.

The site comprises the Sturdee Poultry Farm which sits immediately adjacent to housing within this picturesque village within the Wolds.

We hope to promote this site through the Neighbourhood Plan process garnering and building upon local support whilst believing that this site will offer Charnwood Borough the opportunity to provide some much needed housing in a sustainable village.
