Lone Star Land have exchanged Promotion Agreements on a 19 acre site in Isham, Northamptonshire.

The village us in the process of being bypassed and the subject site will then be logical infill in this sustainable village. We will be working with the local community to ensure that the proposals address local concerns and we anticipate providing a scheme implemented in phases that provides benefits to the community.

We will be taking our time formulating our proposals and engaging with the community throughout the process. This is Lone Star Land’s USP and we look forwards to providing further updates.
