Lone Star have disposed of the delightful site in Hawkesbury Upton to Spitfire Bespoke Homes who simultaneously exchanged and completed on the on the 21st December 2018. 

The landowners were delighted to have received an early Christmas present and Lone Star are very content to have wrapped up 2018 in such a befitting way. 

The site was fiercely resisted by local residents, however Lone Star were encouraged by the site’s credentials despite sitting within the AONB.

Lone Star carried out a thorough local consultation process however, despite our best attempts we could not address the local residents concerns. Notwithstanding this the application went before the Planning Committee just 27 days following validation and was approved by the Planning Committee. Lone Star selected Spitfire Bespoke Homes as the perfect development partner for this Cotswold Village site and we look forwards to seeing a spade in the ground in the near future. Spitfire will be providing a range of 2-5 bedroom private and affordable homes.
