Lone Star have submitted a planning application for 27 dwellings in the South Cotswolds settlement of Hawkesbury Upton. The site is surrounded on three sides by existing development which together with the strong mature landscaping boundary to the east of the site represents logical infill in this sustainable village.

The application follows a recent Housing Needs Survey that identifies a requirement for ten affordable dwellings in the settlement. The scheme incorporates a wide range of dwellings; including three bungalows.
