Lone Star have acquired 69 acres of land at Yew Tree Farm, Grappenhall.

The land will form part of the proposed New Garden City at Grappenhall that will provide a significant economic and housing boost to the area.

Lone Star will be working closely with Homes England and Warrington & Co to bring the land forwards through the plan process.
