Lone Star are pleased to confirm the submission of an Outline Planning Application for 40 dwellings on land at Sling Lane, Fernhill Heath. The submission follows a period of extensive local consultation with the Parish Council, Neighbourhood Plan Group, Planning Officers and the local community.

The proposals see a Policy complaint submission that will provide a wide range of housing to cater for interested parties with various differing needs and requirements. The scheme has been designed around heritage and technical constraints and will provide a beautiful setting with over 40% of the site providing green infrastructure that will be maintained in perpetuity.
