Lone Star are delighted to have secured land at Fernhill Heath for promotion through the planning system.

The site is allocated within the North Claines Neighbourhood Plan for approximately 39 dwellings. Having visited the June Parish Council meeting, Lone Star will be gauging and listening to public opinion on the proposals at a public consultation event on the 16th July 2018.

Whilst the principle of development is established, it is anticipated that the detailed proposals will provide the local community with the comfort of knowing that there is a sensitive design ethos behind the scheme that respects the sites constraints and opportunities.

The proposals are for a wide range of house types and styles including the required affordable housing and open space provision.
