Lone Star have completed on the sale of land at Fernhill Heath to Piper Homes.

The disposal comes within a year of planning submission and represents another smooth conclusion to a planning and marketing proccess.

Piper Homes are perfectly suited to this site being of ideal size at 49 dwellings and central to their core operating patch. With the landowner living adjacent to the site, developer selection was of prime importance and with Piper’s strong product they will be compatible neighbours.
