Following the successful granting of planning for residential development on land at Church Lane, Defford, Lone Star Land have completed on the purchase of the land prior to commencement of development.

Commenting on the acquisition, Andy Wilkins comments ‘this is the second consecutive planning success and purchase from the same land owner and whilst it is very pleasing to get two negotiated consents from the same Local Authority within a very short time frame, it is all the more pleasing to do repeat business with the same landowner’.

Development will commence towards the end of 2016.
