Lone Star are delighted to exchange contracts for the land at Leamington Road, Broadway.

The site measures 3.444 hectares and lies within the administrative boundary of Wychavon. The site neighbours the existing settlement boundary of Broadway.

Lone Star look forward to working with the landowner and their agent to promote the site through the Local Plan. Lone Star will monitor the progress of the SWDP Review and their 5-year housing land supply, we will look to prepare and submit a planning application if an immediate planning opportunity emerges.
