Lone Star Land are please to announce the appointment of our new Land Director, Richard Burke.

Richard has over 20 years experience within the development industry, having worked within the housebuilding and strategic land promotion sectors. His strong track record includes the identification, securing and delivery of several large scale residential and mixed-use development schemes.  This has included multiple land assembly and overcoming complex technical issues in order to bring projects to fruition. Richard’s philosophy is to adopt a ‘win-win’ approach with landowners and developers to unlock and deliver opportunities.
