Joint Venture Agreement Entered Into
Following the successful grant of planning permission for the site in Fladbury, Lone Star have entered into a Joint Venture arrangement with Kendrick Homes to secure the delivery of 17 dwellings in Fladbury, Worcestershire.
This will bring much needed housing to the village in the form of 2,3,4 and 5 bedroom homes including the provision of two bungalows.
Properties are due for release to the market in Spring 2016.
