The site has been identified as a potential housing site for many years and Lone Star are please to have worked swiftly and harmoniously with the landowner, their agents and solicitors in order to get this site ready for Promotion through the planning process.

Lone Star anticipate have a planning application submitted in early 2017 following a local consultation process and the site will deliver a wide range of private and affordable housing.
