Following the successful Salford 7 Neighbourhood Development Plan referendum where 84% voted in support of the neighbourhood plan. Lone Star have submitted a planning application for 68 houses at Orchard Farm, Salford Priors.

The submission follows extensive discussions with the Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group that were seeking a unique development that linked the two parts of Salford Priors.

The application follows the policy requirements within the Neighbourhood Plan and looks to create a sensitive development of 68 dwellings together with the creation of a five hectare village green.
