Hawkesbury Upton Planning Application Submitted

Lone Star have submitted an Outline Planning Application for 21 dwellings in an attempt to address the previously refused scheme for 27 dwellings which is subject to a lodged Appeal.

The scheme attempts to address the single reason for refusal which was based on the proposals being ‘Major’ and their resultant impact on the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This is despite the site being surrounded by housing on 3 sides, together with a mature landscape screen along the 4th boundary.
