Resolution to Grant planning permission for 155 dwellings was given at Newcastle Under Lyme’s December planning committee meeting.

The proposals provide for a broad mix of housing including the provision of 30% affordable housing on a site that will provide much needed housing. The Promotion Agreement was exchanged in May 23, and 18 months later, it is very rewarding to see the first phase being granted planning permission.
