Planning Appeal Success at Pinvin – October 2024
Lone Star are delighted to have had their Appeal allowed at Allen’s Hill, Pinvin, within Wychavon District Council for 44 dwellings. The application was appealed for non-determination, which was a decision not taken lightly, but owing to resource issues at the Local Planning Authority, Lone Star felt compelled to move this site through the process via the Planning Inspectorate. The Local Planning Authority, Wychavon, decided not to contest the Appeal as they felt that given the opportunity, they would have recommended the application for Approval. This decision provided a fast-track approach to realising a positive approval as the process ensures that a Section 106 Agreement is signed, sealed and delivered for the Appeal decision thus eliminating this lengthy process post Planning Committee .
