Lone Star Land are founder members of the LPDF.

This is an industry wide initiative where as a sector we can combine our resources and look at how collaboratively we can work together to assist this country with addressing the under supply of housing.

Land Promoters play a vital role in the delivery of housing with promoters delivering more planning permissions per annum than the house builders.

The LPDF intend to speak with a single common voice to address housing delivery issues. We want to highlight the importance of the role played by land promoters and developers by highlighting the expertise and track record of our members as well as through research relating to the sector as a whole.
