Lone Star are pleased to announce that a Promotion Agreement is now in place on land at Twigworth. The landowner and their representatives went through a thorough tender process to determine their preferred partner. Lone Star was delighted to be selected and add this site to their growing portfolio of land. The site is allocated in the Cheltenham, Tewkesbury and Gloucester Joint Core Strategy as part of the Innsworth and Twigworth Strategic allocation. The site will provide for a range of housing and we look forwards to working with local stakeholders in the pre-application consultation stage.
