Following the grant of outline permission for 71 dwellings in Somerset and West Taunton (49/13/0015) we have completed on the sale of the site to Lovells. Terms for this were agreed pre covid-19, with exchange 2 weeks thereafter with completion coming just a short 8 weeks after. It has showed continued confidence in the market and confidence in the future of site sales.
