A 6 year Option Agreement was entered into in order to promote this allocated site through the planning process. The site had been allocated for 5 houses in the emerging Core Strategy. Within 2 years a planning consent was forthcoming for 5 dwellings achieved through utilising Officer’s delegated powers to approve applications.
