Salford Seven Neighbourhood Development Plan
A scheme for approximately 60 dwellings will be included within Neighbourhood Plan for Salford Priors.
Following extensive consultation with the Parish Council, the NDP Group and the community of Salford Priors, the Steering Group have agreed to include the proposals on Orchard Farm within the Neighbourhood Plan.
The proposals secure a range of benefits for the community and is a positive statement of intent by all parties following significant consultation with all key stakeholders. The scheme has evolved following months of discussion to the delight of all oarties concerned.
